**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow
* Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel
* Identify and implement effective communication and coordination methodologies
* Support the mission and values of WakeMed

**Requirements:**

* 4 years of nursing experience, with a focus on critical care and surgical services
* Graduate nursing degree required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
* National certification in nursing preferred
* Ability to work weekends and as needed
