Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator RN plays a vital role in the coordination of departmental clinical operations, ensuring seamless patient flow throughout the perioperative period. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to delegate patient care to appropriate personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow
  • Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel based on needs, abilities, and expertise
  • Identify and implement effective communication and coordination methodologies to ensure smooth processes within the perioperative period
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in a nursing-related area, with a focus on critical care (ICU/CCU) or surgical services
  • Graduate nursing degree required, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure required, with national certification in nursing preferred
Work Schedule

This position requires weekend work, with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm. Call requirements are as needed.
