Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating departmental clinical operations, ensuring smooth processes within the perioperative period. This role involves delegating patient care to appropriate personnel, making assignments based on needs, abilities, and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the organization's needs and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow

• Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel

• Identify and implement effective communication and coordination methodologies

• Support anesthesia personnel, surgeons, nursing, and staff during the perioperative period

• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
• 4 years of nursing experience in a related area, with critical care (ICU/CCU) or surgical services experience preferred

• Graduate nursing degree required, with a bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

• Registered Nurse licensure required, with national certification in nursing preferred

Work Schedule
This role requires working every weekend, with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm. Call requirements are as needed.
