The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and surgical services, with a focus on supporting the mission and values of WakeMed. **Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow
* Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel
* Identify effective communication and coordination methodologies
* Support the mission and values of WakeMed

**Requirements:**

* 4 years of nursing experience in a related area
* Clinical experience in critical care or surgical services
* Graduate nursing degree or college courses with required licensure/certification
* National certification in nursing preferred
