Position Information

The Clinical Coordinator RN plays a vital role in the coordination of departmental clinical operations, ensuring seamless patient flow throughout the perioperative period. This includes coordinating admissions and transfers, delegating patient care to appropriate personnel, and identifying effective communication and coordination methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate departmental clinical operations to facilitate timely patient flow
  • Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel based on needs, abilities, and expertise
  • Identify and implement effective communication and coordination methodologies
  • Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
Requirements
  • 4 Years of Nursing-Related Experience Required
  • Clinical Critical Care (ICU/CCU) or Clinical Surgical Services Experience Preferred
  • Graduate Nursing Required, Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • Registered Nurse Required, National Certification in Nursing Preferred
Work Schedule

Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm, with every weekend and as-needed call requirements.
