Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team at The Rockridge Group. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Support: Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies and communicate with clients in conferences, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Due Diligence and Legal Research: Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments to identify potential legal issues and risks, and stay current on relevant legal developments.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in NJ, NY, or PA.
  • Two (2+) years of litigation experience in both Federal and State courts.
