Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing
- Market and sell consumer loan products to existing and new customers through targeted outreach and engagement.
- Educate customers on loan options and insurance products to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Loan Origination and Processing
- Process loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy, to determine customer eligibility.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve loan-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Account Management and Collections
- Proactively manage delinquent accounts to identify and address trends or problems.
- Consult with customers on past-due loan payments and develop strategies to resolve outstanding balances.
- Operations and Administration
- Process loan modifications, repossession, and debt sales in accordance with company guidelines and state laws.
- Accurately post all operations support centre payments, including mail, electronic, and repo payments.
- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of consumer finance or related experience preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various states and federal regulators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply individual judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at various levels and in different social and business settings.
- Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
- Action and result-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite products and able to learn new software applications quickly.
