Administrative Assistant - Office Support

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at PrideStaff. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow by completing daily tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist in training staff members and new hires.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management.
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports as needed.
  • Assume responsibility for inventory and maintenance of company equipment.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Answer incoming calls and perform receptionist duties as needed.
  • Document management: filing, organizing, and scanning documents.
  • Ensure all licenses and certifications are up-to-date and renewed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
