Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a coaching or mentoring role within a retail environment.
  • 3-4 years of proven success in sales and service within a retail context.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or banking experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to address diverse client needs in accordance with bank policies.
  • Capability to lead teams and outside sales efforts as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs.
  • Regularly sitting, standing, walking, and driving.
