- Stay informed about all bank products and services, particularly complex offerings.
- 3-4 years of experience in a coaching or mentoring role within a retail environment.
- 3-4 years of proven success in sales and service within a retail context.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or banking experience preferred.
- Ability to address diverse client needs in accordance with bank policies.
- Capability to lead teams and outside sales efforts as necessary.
- Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs.
- Regularly sitting, standing, walking, and driving.
