Position Overview:

Role Summary:
The Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for executing a range of maintenance activities aimed at diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across all manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct various maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of industrial machinery.
  • Utilize technical expertise to enhance productivity and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Respond promptly to machine malfunctions and breakdowns.
  • Participate in internal training programs to acquire specific maintenance skills.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including lock-out tag-out procedures.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficient in maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Possession of basic tools, with specialized tools provided by PCA.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in industrial machinery repair, particularly in the packaging sector.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
