About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Navigation Specialist to join our team at NxT Level. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our members through their healthcare journey, providing support and guidance every step of the way.

Your primary focus will be on navigating our members through their Medicare Advantage plans, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will work closely with our partners to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Medicare Advantage plans, providing guidance and support to our members.
  • Navigate our members through their healthcare journey, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, building trust and confidence in our services.
Qualifications
  • A basic understanding of Medicare Advantage plans and policies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Computer literate, with typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
