Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Communicare Inc. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting intake assessments, diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, and developing treatment plans for consumers. Your expertise in psychological testing and behavioral therapy will be invaluable in helping us provide high-quality services to individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic psychosocial evaluations to identify consumer needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer psychological tests and techniques to assess consumer cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Develop and implement behavioral support plans to promote consumer independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. (Psy.D.) in clinical or counseling psychology.
  • Two years of experience in psychological testing and behavioral therapy, preferably with consumers with developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, or special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
