Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing email design projects and campaigns.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma, plus familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • UX/UI Principles: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and best practices for email marketing.
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing methodologies and using data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on creating polished and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
