Transformational Senior Design Experience Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Excellence: Develop a wide range of design assets, including website pages, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, and event design, maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaboration: Effectively work with multiple teams, including product design, marketing, web, PMM, and content teams, to understand project needs and deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Design System Evolution: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, including UI components, to promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Presentations: Confidently present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions.
  • Staying Current: Stay informed about current design trends and best practices to ensure your work remains fresh and relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in a design role with a proven track record of producing high-quality design assets for various applications.
  • Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and similar.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with a focus on user-centered design and best practices.
  • Web Design: Extensive experience designing for web and email, with a strong grasp of responsive design principles.
  • Motion Graphics: Demonstrated experience with motion graphics and animation, bringing a dynamic element to your designs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and work with others.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2B Marketing: Experience in B2B marketing and design, understanding the nuances of this specific audience.

Salary Range: $86,400.00 to $120,000.00 per year, depending on experience and location. This range is based on national averages in the United States and may vary depending on factors such as experience, specialized skills, internal alignment, and location.
