Job Overview

The Biltmore Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Room Attendant Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest areas and rooms.

Estimated Salary Range: $16.32 - $20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest areas and rooms.
  • Assist room attendants with timely delivery of clean linens and supplies.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from carts and hallways, and dispose of properly.
  • Clean and polish woodwork, stainless steel, and other surfaces as needed.
  • Maintain clean and safe stairwells, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Keep closets and storage areas stocked, neat, clean, and organized.
  • Perform guest deliveries to rooms as assigned.
  • Participate in weekly cleaning projects on guest floors.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping and/or custodial, janitorial, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping and/or rooms operations preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering world-class guest service and anticipating guest needs.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, work as part of a team, and exercise good judgment.
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative as appropriate.
  • Solid communication skills required.
  • Ability to operate/use small commercial cleaning equipment.
