About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Events Coordinator to join our Development team at Eliada Homes, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing special events that meet fundraising goals, securing sponsorships, and cultivating relationships with donors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute special events, including planning, budgeting, and logistics
  • Secure sponsorships and donations from businesses and individuals
  • Cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders to ensure optimal attendance and revenue
  • Manage event temporary staff, vendors, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including gift input and acknowledgement letters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of fundraising experience
  • Direct experience with event planning, marketing, and social media
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $37,000 - $42,000 per year, plus benefits and PTO eligibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fundraising, event planning, and community engagement, and will be able to demonstrate success in these areas through their experience and achievements.
