Compensation and Benefits:
$15.50/hour starting pay plus benefits, including outstanding medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees, 401k retirement plan with employer matching, parental leave, wellness program, Hilton brand hotel discounts, paid time off, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, and fold linens from guest rooms to restaurant and banquet areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Collaborate with Room Attendants and Porters as needed.
- Handle all laundry aspects of the hotel, including towels, uniforms, bedspreads, and blankets.
- Treat each guest like family by providing exceptional service.
- Work 2nd shift and be flexible with availability on each day of the week and holidays.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of experience in hotel housekeeping a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Demands:
Lift up to 35 pounds. Constant walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling required. Work in hot environments regularly.
