Position: Clinical Nurse Specialist


As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will deliver exceptional patient care to individuals facing the advanced stages of chronic kidney disease, specifically End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Your role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for patients, fostering meaningful connections with them and their families.

Key Qualifications:


- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may substitute for the nursing degree.

- A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice is mandatory.

- Current BLS/CPR certification is essential.

- Compliance with all applicable state and licensing requirements is expected.

- Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not a prerequisite.
