Guest Experience Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the guest experience by checking in with customers and ensuring they're enjoying their visit.
  • Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing resolutions that meet their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features.

  • A humble and hospitable demeanor.
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
