Key Responsibilities:- Lead the guest experience by checking in with customers and ensuring they're enjoying their visit.
- Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing resolutions that meet their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features.
- A humble and hospitable demeanor.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
- A desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
