  • Manage comprehensive environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs.
  • Lead the EHS Pillar, ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate standards.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary environmental documentation and reports.
  • Develop and implement training programs for management and staff on safety and environmental practices.
  • Conduct thorough accident investigations and compile reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate the Central Safety Committee, providing resources and support to various subcommittees.
  • Administer initial Workers Compensation processes.
  • Guide the facility in meeting local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
  • Determine and implement necessary compliance training to meet OSHA, EPA, and company standards.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • A solid understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and leading audits.
