Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our Badging Process, Purchase Card Reports, and Office Manager responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Badging Process:
    • Manage a large number of badges, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
    • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure background checks are completed
    • Upload badge information into Smart Sheets (similar to Excel)
    • Effective communication with clients regarding badge status
  • Card Reports:
    • Manage a designated email address for foreman to send receipts
    • Enter receipts into software and code them accordingly
    • Follow up with foreman to ensure timely receipt submission
  • Office Manager:
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
    • Perform administrative tasks, including making copies and restocking office supplies
