About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your role will involve:

  • Leading the management team in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Running weekly manager meetings to share knowledge and information
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house space, contributing to set-up and shutdown procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant service or hospitality experience
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently
  • Ability to speak to groups
  • Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) and reservation systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Products
  • Flexible availability, including night and weekends
  • Commitment to and alignment with the company's Core Values
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for short periods of time
  • Must have valid DC ABRA Manager On Duty license
Compensation

The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 USD per year.
