About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and onboarding of our services, helping customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer adoption and onboarding of our services
  • Guide customers through changes needed to unlock the full value of our products
  • Partner with business development teams and executives to develop strategic and technical plans
  • Coordinate internal resources to support product delivery, implementation, and deployment
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to improve product offerings
  • Output and share customer success stories and best practices
  • Maintain client relationships and provide support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 5 years of B2B customer success, customer service, or account management experience in SaaS related fields
  • Deep understanding of the beauty industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
