Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating patient needs and care plans by recording vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints, while assessing both physical and mental health status.
- Ensure accurate documentation in patient medical records following established charting protocols.
- Prepare medical equipment and support physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications and perform lab tests as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and visitors.
- Adhere to personal protective equipment guidelines.
