  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality by adhering to Nova Hospitality's food safety policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Manage the bakery's budget, including inventory costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Pastry Management Experience: Proven track record of leading a pastry team and developing innovative pastry concepts.
  • 2+ Years of Bakery or Hotel/Resort Production Experience: Experience in a fast-paced bakery or hotel/resort production environment.
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts: Preferred but not required.
  • Working Knowledge of Baking Techniques: Proven ability to accurately calculate P&L and implement spending changes.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to motivate and develop a team, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and adapt to changing situations.
