Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and other sweet and savory items according to recipes and standards.
  • Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure high-quality production and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in daily shift briefings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the pastry field is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
