Job Title: CME Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CME Specialist to join our team at East Tennessee Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Organizational Development & Learning department, you will play a critical role in planning and executing educational activities that meet the highest standards of ACCME compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute assigned elements of CME activities, ensuring compliance with ACCME standards and ETCH CME policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity documentation, following established processes.
  • Work closely with software systems to support planning, execution, and evaluation of CME activities.
  • Conduct self-audits to ensure ACCME compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in meeting/event management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of ACCME compliance criteria and standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
