Position Overview:


This role is tasked with overseeing the Inbound Sales performance of the IHG Call Transfer Vacation Sales unit, focusing on package sales and conversion metrics.

The individual will manage daily operations of their team, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

Utilizing our customer service ethos and available resources, you will enhance customer satisfaction and engage in decision-making that aligns with the organization's mission and vision.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance of the IHG Call Transfer Agent team regarding schedules, login times, and availability.
Monitor and mentor agents using company-sanctioned tools such as the Daily Action Plan and Agent Monitoring. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, live monitoring, and review recorded calls to improve soft skills training.

Administrative responsibilities encompass payroll management, daily briefings, missed time entries, leave requests, corrective measures, performance evaluations, and handling escalated customer concerns.

Track team performance metrics and set individual and collective goals daily and weekly to promote agent success and retention.

Facilitate a smooth transition from training to team assignment for new hires.

Supervisory Duties:

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of two years in sales required.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Leadership experience in call center sales within the Timeshare sector is advantageous.

Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude.
Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus.
Must achieve the required sales targets weekly.
Flexible to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends as per call center demands.

Physical Requirements:


While executing the responsibilities of this position, the employee may need to sit or stand for extended durations.

The role may require bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and operating office equipment. The ability to lift up to fifteen pounds is necessary. Work Schedule:
Work hours will vary based on business requirements and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to work outside standard operating hours is essential.
