Position Overview:

As the Inbound Sales Supervisor, you will oversee a team of agents tasked with enhancing package sales and conversion rates. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, mentoring agents for optimal performance, and ensuring that superior customer service standards are consistently upheld. Key Responsibilities:
