Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Team Supervisor for our fast-casual dining establishment.

This position offers a starting wage of $14/hour plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of over 10 Crew Members.
- Assist crew members in fulfilling orders while maintaining efficient service.
- Accurately take customer orders and prepare menu items.
- Manage cash drawers and ensure the Front of House is properly closed each evening.

Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for all roles.

Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will possess a strong commitment to outstanding customer service, have five years of food handling experience, and at least one year of management experience in a high-volume setting. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate reliability in order fulfillment and maintain cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
