About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle School English Language Arts Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering inquiry-based, academically rigorous English Language Arts lessons that inspire curiosity in all students. You will also build a classroom culture that fosters students' genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement English Language Arts lessons that align with Zeta's scope and sequence
  • Build and maintain a positive classroom culture that promotes student growth and development
  • Use data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement
  • Serve as an Advisor to a small group of students and develop authentic relationships with students and families
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development to enhance teaching practices
