Democracy Prep Public Schools offers a competitive salary range of $63,480 to $135,090, commensurate with years of lead teaching experience and certification status. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, 403B matching, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, a smartphone, and a laptop.
