Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven and ambitious Physician Liaison to enhance our sales efforts. This role entails the generation of new business prospects and the expansion of our clientele through strategic outreach, relationship cultivation, and consultative sales methodologies. This is an entry-level opportunity tailored for individuals eager to embark on a career in healthcare sales and seeking professional growth. The ideal candidate will possess a sales background, a passion for the healthcare sector, and the capability to excel in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Outreach: Actively identify and contact potential healthcare clients through cold outreach to introduce our services and create new business opportunities.
  • Lead Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through thorough research and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the advantages and value of our multi-specialty group.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare organizations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to uncover new opportunities and address potential challenges.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with clinical practices is advantageous for applicants.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, demonstrating success in cold outreach and business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in relationship building and management.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, data analysis, and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required during standard working hours.
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
