  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address potential challenges.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with clinical practices is a plus for applicants.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, demonstrating success in cold outreach and new business generation, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, data analysis, and project management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required during standard working hours.
  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction from management.
