Call Center Agent

iQor is seeking a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. You should be able to maintain accuracy and production standards, and have a strong commitment to delivering amazing customer service.

- Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
