Responsibilities- Raise and maintain high standards of customer service to establish four-star quality.

- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
- Retrieve reservations, verify special requests and accommodations, program room keys, complete and file registration cards, calculate room charges, make approved changes to guests' accounts, and collect payment for all charges incurred.
- Handle guests' mail, record guests' comments, and restock supplies.
- Must be able to handle large amounts of currency accurately and efficiently.
- Able to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion.
- Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
