Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses

Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Branford Hills is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions to Registered Nurse Supervisors
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with Registered Nurse Supervisors and physicians
  • Document patient information thoroughly and accurately
  • Perform medication counts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to unlicensed staff as part of a collaborative team
  • Promote a culture of safety and security to ensure a healthy living environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient information

To be successful in this role, you will need to be currently licensed in the State of Connecticut and hold up-to-date BLS/CPR certifications.
