Position Overview:

The Closing Operations Coordinator is tasked with delivering comprehensive support to the Closing department, emphasizing the coordination of schedules with various service providers. This role ensures that all responsibilities are executed in alignment with the organization's policies and procedures, as well as adhering to applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitors the daily scheduling inbox and oversees general email communications.
  • Handles all signing requests and actively follows up on pending items.
  • Collaborates with attorneys and notaries across multiple jurisdictions to facilitate scheduling.
  • Engages with lenders, vendors, or notaries to address scheduling concerns.
  • Assists in organizing all signing appointments.
  • Supports the closing team lead with issues related to signing.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internal customer relationship management systems.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
