00100 LEIDOS, INC. is seeking a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst to collaborate with a Government-Contractor team in delivering a near real-time, geospatially precise Common Operating Picture (COP) to fulfill mission objectives. This COP facilitates the sharing and reuse of geospatial intelligence across various functional areas in support of military operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of geographical data, work in tandem with team members, and effectively communicate GIS theories, applications, technologies, and concepts. Employ GIS methodologies and tools to enhance understanding of specific variables within a designated geographic area. Collect and maintain imagery from diverse sources, including satellites, geospatial data, and unmanned aerial vehicles. Extract information from imagery utilizing electronic, mechanical, and optical devices in real-time, near real-time, and post-mission scenarios. Ascertain dimensions, locations, and coordinates of items of interest, as well as distances from other objects. Identify deficiencies in current intelligence gathered and prioritize subsequent collection needs. Execute various types of analyses, encompassing geospatial, topographical, imagery, and imagery-derived measurement and signature intelligence analysis. Evaluate terrain and structures within the area of interest, pinpointing potential usability challenges. Finalize remote sensing data, update cartographic information from intelligence databases, and produce mission-specific datasets. Generate and disseminate imagery intelligence reports, briefings, and products. Present pertinent information clearly in meetings and presentations.

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Science, Computer Science, Cartographic Science, Geology, Social Science, Environmental Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in a relevant field. An additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree. Strong research, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. An active secret level security clearance with the capability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with government or military organizations.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68, $124,550.00

The pay range for this job level serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Various factors are considered in extending an offer, including but not limited to job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreements, or other legal considerations.
