Treasury Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Director to lead our finance organization and drive strategic growth. This key position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial entities, as well as developing and implementing cash flow forecasts and funding strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for managing daily and weekly cash positioning activities, including cash optimization and liquidity management.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. The base compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required, preferred in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of proven experience in Finance and Treasury
- High degree of analytical and problem-solving capability
- Proactive and constructive attitude
- Experience with ERP implementation and/or ERP enhancements, and process improvements
