Job Title: Global Accounts Director

As a key member of the Radisson Hotel Group team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable revenue growth and market share expansion globally. Your focus will be on strategically managing a selected portfolio of high-value accounts, leveraging your expertise to optimize opportunities and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with RHG's customer lifecycle standards.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic account management, meeting budget targets and capturing opportunities for the Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Lead performance meetings, reviewing key KPIs and expected developments with a strategic approach for each account.
  • Develop and implement focused strategies globally to penetrate accounts and communicate with internal stakeholders, leveraging collaboration based on preliminary analytics.
  • Establish multi-layer strategic relationships at all levels of the account, including third parties and leadership teams, to increase conversion and market share.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales account management experience in the hospitality/tourism industry, with a track record of sales excellence and performance.
  • Desirable university graduate qualification or similar diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to travel within the Americas on a regular basis and to Europe upon business needs.
Competencies and Skills:
  • Sound strategic ability with commercial awareness of transient and M&E, with the ability to lead execution of aligned plans to create and deliver the portfolio's strategy in alignment with the company's revenue growth.
  • Confident and knowledgeable leader, persuasive and proactive, with a clear understanding of how to grow account portfolio.
  • Ability to make decisions to move forward, multitasking, and adapt quickly to meet objectives.
