Key Responsibilities:
  • Collections Management: Consistently communicate with properties regarding current invoices, manage invoice aging, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with property management groups, engage clients on property payment portals, and serve as the sole liaison between property management leaders and sales.
  • Market Management: Serve as a focal point to resolve issues, provide timely customer service support, and escalate issues to the General Manager and Sr. Business Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales functions.
  • Experience in multi-family property management and accounts receivable or collections efforts preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Accounts Receivable Platforms or Modules, such as Invoiced.
  • Quickbooks or similar Finance Modules or ERP software suite.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc).
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • In-office role based out of Houston, TX.
  • Ability to travel to properties around the city required.
  • Travel to other markets may periodically be required.
