About the Role

The Executive Compensation and Equity Senior Program Manager is a key member of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's executive compensation and equity programs. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, design, and development of executive and equity compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage the day-to-day administration of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.

• Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and provide valuable data-driven insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs.

• Support internal and external executive compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements (SEC and IRS) and cost and tax efficiency of compensation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Compensation (CCP) and/or Equity (CEP) certification preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, design, planning, and implementation of executive compensation and equity programs.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools/software and HR information systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and an attention to detail.
