Job Title: Senior Director, Product Management

Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, with a mission to connect the world through innovative, convenient, reliable, and secure payments networks. We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to join our team and drive the development of our AI and data innovation products.

Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic roadmaps for AI features, products, and innovations, focusing on personalization capabilities and signals.
  • Drive and deliver product features through their entire creative cycle, from ideation to release and analysis.
  • Lead other product managers and provide structure for projects and deliverables through Visa's agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to create robust and scalable solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships and collaborations across regions and business units, including technical and non-technical cross-functional partners.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to report on progress and critical milestones to leadership.
  • Be the internal and external champion of AI initiatives and the value of AI overall, driving interest and support across all areas.
Qualifications:
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience.
  • 15+ years of product management or related industry experience (12+ years of experience with an advanced degree).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Track record of creating strategic roadmaps, deployment of robust and scalable AI/ML/Data Science solutions and products.
  • Product management experience in one or more of the following areas: personalization, advertising, feeds and ranking optimization, user-facing optimization, AI-driven products and features.
  • Experience with designing products working closely with legal and compliance, privacy partners ensuring they meet policies.
  • Ability to leverage user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
  • Experience with agile delivery and in managing scrum teams and typical practices (like epic and spring planning using Jira, Jira Align, etc.).
