Senior Director of Product Management

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our AI and Data Innovation team in creating the next generation of scalable and responsible AI, ML, and Data Science solutions and products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating strategic roadmaps, deploying robust and scalable AI/ML/Data Science solutions and products, and experience in product management in areas such as personalization, advertising, feeds and ranking optimization, user-facing optimization, AI-driven products and features. They will also have advanced knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science techniques, both exploratory and in production, and the ability to leverage user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
The Senior Director of Product Management will be responsible for creating strategy and roadmap for Visa's AI features, products, and innovations, focused on personalization capabilities, models, and signals. They will drive and deliver product features through their entire creative cycle, lead other product managers, and provide structure for projects and deliverables through Visa's agile methodology.
The successful candidate will have a strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities, and experience working in global organizations and roles that need collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and development teams spread around the globe. They will also have a diplomat's skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, and deep experience building and recruiting world-class teams.
This is a hybrid position, requiring travel 5-10% of the time. The position will be performed in an office setting, and the incumbent will be expected to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $174,900 to $321,550 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
