Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager/Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager/Director to lead our product strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams.
  • Oversee product development timelines and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, packaging, promotion, and channel strategy.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and ecosystem enablers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of semiconductor-related experience.
  • 5+ years in the storage/memory industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product marketing or product management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
