This role requires a seasoned professional with at least ten years of experience in corporate financial communications, with a proven track record of building influence and driving outcomes through collaboration and partnership. Experience in technology, media, gaming, or entertainment sectors is a plus, but not required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of EA's Financial Communications program, providing strategic communication counsel to the CFO, and developing and executing comprehensive C-level executive communication plans and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all aspects of EA's Financial Communications program, partnering closely with the CFO and key business leaders.
  • Providing strategic communication counsel to the CFO in service of corporate visibility plans and programs.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive C-level executive communication plans and programs.
  • Supporting ongoing financial and business storytelling in, around, and beyond earnings, through owned channels and other integrated communications efforts.
  • Maintaining integrated efforts across Finance teams, Corporate Communications, EA SPORTS, EA ENTERTAINMENT, Franchise and Studio Communications leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Corporate financial communications experience, supporting important communications elements of earnings process and other related investor activities.
  • Expert understanding of corporate financial process, SEC and RegFD requirements.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of media landscape with track record of driving coverage through existing business media and stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and influencing executive teams.
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive C-level executive communication plans and programs.
  • Proven track record working cross-functionally within globally matrixed organizations, driving alignment and outcomes with internal business partners and teams.

EA offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $170,500 - $259,300 USD Annually, depending on location. The company also offers a package of benefits, including paid time off, sick time, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
