Business Development Executive for Foreign Affairs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our Federal Civilian Sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships within the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within DOS and USAID to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive organic and inorganic growth, leveraging ManTech's capabilities and expertise in cybersecurity, application development, systems engineering, and advanced cloud solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring timely and effective customer engagement.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on Foreign Affairs markets, offices, and stakeholders, ensuring ManTech's solutions and capabilities are well-positioned to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies, driving innovation and differentiation in the market.
- Minimum 10 years of experience selling technology services to the Federal Government as a Federal Systems Integrator.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining sales pipelines, achieving sufficiency targets, and driving business growth within DOS and USAID.
- Strong reputation within the DOS community, with a mix of direct program experience and direct experience in Federal business development.
- Demonstrated ability to win opportunities as a prime Federal Systems Integrator contractor, with a focus on high-value contracts in the $50M to $500M range.
- Experience winning opportunities as a prime Federal Systems Integrator contractor, exceeding $100M.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
- Must be able to work in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with peers and senior personnel.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
