Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the California Health and Human Services Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (CalHHS OTSI) as an Infrastructure Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of federal, state, county, and industrial business partners in support of County Operational Support objectives.

As an Infrastructure Supervisor, you will represent the Child Welfare Services/Case Management System (CWS/CMS) to State executives, vendors, multidisciplinary stakeholders, and county customers regarding operational issues. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in managing and maintaining complex networks, systems, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for analyzing complex networks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
