Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff to achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist front-line employees.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels, ensuring that future schedules are complete and all call-offs are covered.
  • Accommodate increased/decreased client staffing requests and manage employee lunches and breaks.
  • Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy and participate in client briefings.
  • Maintain daily shift reports and perform basic administrative and payroll functions.
  • Work with the Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
  • Set a positive, professional example for the workforce and ensure compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Two plus years of supervisory experience and managing employees.
  • Two years of passenger services or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
